However, the elongation of 3'UTR-long poly(A) tail was not observed in the presence of protein synthesis inhibitor. We propose that the length of 3'UTR-long poly(A) tail changes in the presence of protein synthesis inhibitor, which induces the conformational change in the long form of NBS1 mRNA.
